U.S. officials said a coalition attack near the city of Fallujah, Iraq, on Wednesday killed at least 250 ISIS fighters and destroyed some 40 vehicles. If confirmed, the series of airstrikes would be one of the most deadly against the terrorist group. It comes just one day after an attack at Istanbul’s Ataturk airport left 41 dead and wounded more than 230.
