Finally! Verizon announced Tuesday that they will be selling the iPhone for the first time starting on February 10. Existing customers can pre-order the phone starting February 3. Verizon, the largest mobile service in the U.S., is selling the 16GB phone for $199.99 and the 32GB phone for $299.99. The phone will also work as a personal Hotspot for up to five other devices. But analysts report that while sales may be high for Verizon—topping 13 million—the company will suffer some profit loss due to customer subsidiaries. AT&T, which was the exclusive provider for the iPhone, is preparing to release the iPhone 5, with 4G capabilities, this summer.
