An unidentified individual was decapitated by a helicopter on Thursday at a Florida airport, The New York Daily News reports. Hernando County Sheriff Al Nienhuis said officials were called to Brooksville-Tampa Bay Regional Airport at around 3:35 p.m. where a “very serious aircraft accident” had occurred, according to the newspaper. Nienhuis reportedly said the incident appears to be an accident but wanted to “absolutely rule out foul play.” Federal Aviation Administration and National Transportation Safety Board have been notified of the incident.
