Police say the death toll in Thursday's terror attack in Barcelona has risen to 14, after a woman injured in a seaside resort died. In the afternoon attack on Barcelona's Las Ramblas walkway, a van mowed down a crowd of pedestrians. The Belgian Foreign Ministry said a Belgian woman was among those killed, while Greek and Australian authorities said its citizens were wounded in the attack.
