Video Offers Glimpse Inside N. Korea

Girl says she sleeps outside, eats nothing.

As the world prepares for conflict between the Koreas—China is now calling for talks. The Telegraph has obtained video footage that provides a rare glimpse into North Korea. She says her parents are dead. Another man says that "suicides are up for everyone" since the country redenominated its currency.
