New reports reveal that a man carrying a baby was spotted near the Kansas City home where 11-month-old Lisa Irwin was abducted three weeks ago. A neighbor recalled seeing the man around midnight the night she disappeared, and a gas-station surveillance video shows a figure walking into a wooded area two hours later. Until this, the case had frustratingly few leads. On Friday, a cadaver dog indicated that it smelled death by the floor of her parents’ bed, though the couple’s attorney Joe Tacopina called it “a red herring” in an interview with People.
