Belligerent marsupials: there goes the neighborhood

Next up in our now-recurring segment, Exotic Animal Fights With Inconclusive Results, is a kangaroo boxing match from Central Coast, Australia. Kangaroos are not known as especially violent creatures, but as I learned from the David Attenborough-narrated documentary that I clearly had to watch after seeing this, apparently males will engage in scuffles to assert their dominance in the group – especially during mating season.

On first viewing, the Beast Video team was fairly convinced this was fake. But on further review – including of the Youtube comments, which normally can explain to you why Derek Jeter is a hoax created by the C.I.A. – it appears to be an authentic kangaroo suburban street beef.
