Could this represent the magazine’s effort to finally appeal to the American Every Woman? Aside from Leon Talley, the show will feature a performance by Kelly Rowland and David Guetta, and Heidi Montag will perform her single, “Body Language.” The pageant will air on Sunday night at 9.
