One of the people prosecutors are probing in connection with One Direction member Liam Payne’s death is a waiter who admitted to using cocaine with the singer. As part of TMZ’s upcoming documentary, TMZ Investigates: Liam Payne: Who’s to Blame?, waiter Braian Paiz told the outlet that he partied with Payne at his Buenos Aires hotel in October but insisted that he didn’t get paid and isn’t a drug dealer. He added that the pair used cocaine on just two occasions, with the second occurring two days before Payne’s death. Paiz is one of five men prosecutors are investigating in connection with the singer’s passing. On Oct. 16, Payne died at the age of 31 after falling from a third-floor balcony at the CasaSur hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Along with Paiz, prosecutors are also investigating Payne’s close friend Roger Nores, who they accuse of abandonment and supplying Payne with drugs. TMZ’s documentary airs Monday at 8 p.m. ET on Fox.
