Walgreens will start selling assorted CBD products in 1,500 stores in 9 states, CNBC reported Wednesday. The CBD creams, patches, and sprays will reportedly be available in Oregon, Colorado, New Mexico, Kentucky, Tennessee, Vermont, South Carolina, Illinois, and Indiana. “This product offering is in line with our efforts to provide a wider range of accessible health and wellbeing products and services to best meet the needs and preferences of our customers,” a spokesman for the company told CNBC. The move comes weeks after rival brand CVS debuted CBD topical creams in eight states.
