According to Walmart, Tracy Morgan should blame himself for his serious injuries after a crash on the New Jersey Turnpike. According to the retail giant during federal court proceedings on Monday, the injuries “were caused, in whole or in part, by plaintiffs’ failure to properly wear an appropriate available seatbelt restraint device.” Morgan, along with several others, is suing Walmart for negligence in the accident that killed comedian James McNair and injured two others.
