Following in the steps of Rich Little and Stephen Colbert, comic actress Wanda Sykes has been tapped to host the annual White House Correspondents' Association dinner—the first for the new president. "The first thing I did when they asked me to do this gig, I made sure my taxes were paid," she joked. Obama is also expected to take the stage at the May event for some traditional self-deprecation. Sykes, 44, appears on The New Adventures of Old Christine and announced she’s gay last year to speak out against California’s same-sex marriage ban.
