Warren, who has publicly slammed Republican candidate Donald Trump for “racism, sexism, and xenophobia,” endorsed Clinton for president in early June. Speculation about Warren’s potential role as a running mate has intensified throughout Clinton’s campaign. The pair would make history as the first two women to lead the White House.
