The Golden State Warriors’ Klay Thompson scored 27 points to lead the team to a 114-81 victory over the Houston Rockets in Game 5 Wednesday night. Shaun Livingston scored 16 points while Draymond Green added 15 points, nine rebounds and eight assists. Golden State will head to the Western Conference semifinals, where they’ll face the winner of the series between the Portland Trail Blazers and L.A. Clippers. The Trail Blazers defeated the Clippers 108-98 in Game 5 on Wednesday, taking a 3-2 lead in the series.
