Hillary Clinton testifies Thursday before the congressional committee on Benghazi. In his introductory remarks, Chairman Trey Gowdy told Clinton that the committee was not set up to interrogate her over her private email practices but specifically to investigate the deaths of four Americans in the Libyan city in 2012. Nonetheless, he told her that she had “an unusual email arrangement,” adding, “You made exclusive use of personal email on a personal server.” Watch below.
