A wax replica of President Barack Obama, complete with his recent gray hairs, was unveiled at the Eiffel Tower this week—much to the surprise of tourists, who stopped to take snapshots. The statue, which was made by French sculptor Eric Saint Chaffray, who worked from photographs to achieve the uncanny likeness, traveled afterward to Paris' Musee Grevin wax museum. Obama, who is accompanied by two wax bodyguards, joins other world leaders, including Sarkozy, Merkel, and Putin, for a mock gathering of world leaders, simulated in the museum.
