Vicki Gardner thought she'd be paralyzed after Vester Flanagan shot her in the back following his murder of Alison Parker and Adam Ward on live television last month in Roanoke, Virginia. In an interview with Greta Van Susteren set to air Tuesday night, Gardner drescribes the traumatic experience. “They say, ‘Oh, the world goes in front of you,’ and it did real fast, and I said, ‘I'm ready, I'm ready,’” Gardner said of her anticipation that Flanagan would shoot her in the head.
