It's Wendy’s first major overhaul of its fries in 41 years, and it comes as part of the fast-food chain’s efforts to win new customers with more natural ingredients. Just because they’re more “natural,” though, doesn't mean they're any healthier: They actually have more sodium and calories, and will still arrive at the stores frozen.
