Go directly to jail, do not pass go. Actor Wesley Snipes has been ordered to serve a three-year sentence after being free on bond for more than two years and appealing his case. The 48-year-old’s lawyer emailed the Associated Press stating that he will file for an appeal with the U.S. Supreme Court. In 2008, Snipes was convicted with three misdemeanor counts of failure to file his income tax returns. Snipes is in Atlanta preparing to film a movie called Master Daddy.
