WH Staff Told To Keep Russia Materials

According to a report in the AP, the White House counsel's office has told aides of President Trump to keep materials that might be connected to Russian interference in the 2016 election as well as other related issues. This memo comes after Senate Democrats asked the White House and law enforcement agencies to keep all materials that might be related to alleged contacts between figures in the Trump campaign, administration and others acting on the president's behalf, with Russian government officials. Federal investigators have been looking into alleged contacts between Trump advisers and Russia that may have occurred during the campaign.
