People: do not try to drive into the White House. On Tuesday, officials locked down the White House when a car attempted to follow a motorcade carrying the Obama daughters through the entrance to the grounds. President Obama was in the building at the time, apparently meeting with Secretary of State John Kerry. The driver was stopped and is said to hold a pass for the U.S. Treasury building next door. The Secret Service reported nothing threatening was found in the car, and the driver was charged with unlawful entry.
