President Obama used the visit of Chinese President Hu Jintao as a chance to show that China's rise won't lead to America's fall. He assured business leaders by cutting a $45 billion deal with the Asian power. The warm feelings between the two nations could end Thursday when Hu faces lawmakers, a number of whom skipped Wednesday's dinner as an objection to China's human rights record. But Obama aimed to put a smiling face on the visit, stating that the new business deals would create 235,000 U.S. jobs.
