Perhaps the hardest pill to swallow is that instant messenger programs are verboten under the new rules, forcing staffers to (gasp) call each other up to communicate. "It is kind of like going from an Xbox to an Atari," Obama spokesman Bill Burton said of the White House's tech capabilities.
