White Widow Not Involved in Attack

According to Kenyan police.

Four to six gunmen carried out the attack on a Nairobi shopping center last month that left over 65 dead, according to Kenyan police—less than half the original estimate of 10 to 15. And the British woman Samantha Lewthwaite, dubbed the “white widow” in the press because of her marriage to a suicide bomber responsible for the 2005 London blasts, was not among the attackers, despite a bevy of reports of her involvement and an arrest alert issued by Interpol. “There was no woman," the police chief said, citing CCTV footage showing four other armed attackers searching through the mall.
