The Duchess’s condition continues to improve since her stay in hospital last month.” Sources also said that, despite rumors, Kate’s 12-week scan showed she is not pregnant with twins. It now appears the child was conceived in mid-October, which would mean that Kate was not pregnant in the topless photographs that were published by an Italian magazine.
