Grant from the note and replace him with Ronald Reagan. "One decade into the 21st century, it's time to honor the last great president of the 20th and give President Reagan a place beside Presidents Roosevelt and Kennedy," Rep. Patrick McHenry, a Republican from North Carolina who is leading the money change effort, said in statement Wednesday. In past, Reagan fans have tried to get the 40th president on the $20 note and the dime.
