Will the Winklevoss twins finally move on? Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss have lost their bid to have a federal appeals court void their settlement with Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg, preventing them from reopening their case. The twins claimed Zuckerberg stole their idea for a social network when he created Facebook. They took a cash-and-stock settlement valued at $65 million, but then decided they wanted to void it and reopen their case. Last month, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco refused to change the settlement, and today the court refused the twins’ request to review that decision.
