The Winklevoss just don’t give up: The brothers are pushing a new suit against Facebook and its founder, Mark Zuckerberg, just one day after finally dropping their appeals for the suit that inspired the Oscar-nominated movie, The Social Network. The new case seeks to determine whether Zuckerberg "intentionally or inadvertently suppressed evidence" during settlement proceedings. The Winklevosses claim Facebook should have disclosed documents that would have revealed more about the twins’ relationship with Zuckerberg at Harvard.

A court ruled in April that the twins—former Olympic rowers who say Zuckerberg stole their idea—were stuck with a 2008 settlement, which awarded them $20 million cash and $45 million in stock. The shares they received are now probably worth hundreds of millions of dollars.
