A harsh winter storm has shut down highways in Idaho and Wyoming, and has Utah in its sights, while residents of the Rockies gird themselves for an expected blizzard Wednesday. At least three deaths have been blamed on the storm, and thousands are without power. State officials in Utah have warned that the storm could make travel take four times as long, and potentially leave some stranded over the holidays.
