Witness: Many 'Mangled Limbs'

A Florida doctor was waiting for his wife to finish the Boston Marathon when the blasts exploded on either side of him. He escaped uninjured, and Tuesday morning he told Matt Lauer what it was like to be in the middle of the madness, and how he tried to help the wounded.
