Wolverine Leaker Faces Jail Time

Says he bought movie in Chinatown.

In March 2009, Gilberto Sanchez says he bought a copy of X-Men Origins: Wolverine on the street a full month before its release, watched it with his children, and uploaded it to megaupload.com. Eight months later, FBI agents knocked on his door at 6 a.m. and placed him under arrest. Sanchez, a glass installer who lives in a $695-a-month apartment in the Bronx, is now receiving the brunt of 20th Century Fox’s anger over the early leak of the film. Sanchez faces prison time in California. Wolverine grossed $373 million worldwide, despite negative reviews.
