A recent graduate of Yale University stabbed his classmate on Tuesday before jumping to his death from the ninth floor of an apartment building near campus, according to police. Tyler Carlisle, who graduated earlier this month, attacked 21-year-old student Alexander Michaud, the university said in a statement. Police said the two were acquaintances but were not believed to be roommates, police said. Carlisle reportedly stabbed Michaud and jumped from a window, falling six stories before falling to his death on a third-floor terrace, according New Haven, Conn.. police. Michaud is in stable condition at Yale-New Haven Hospital.
