Six people have died so far in connection to an apocalyptic snow storm that hit part of New York. More than 60 inches of snow have buried Buffalo and surrounding areas. According to the National Weather Service, a year’s worth of snow is expected to hit the upstate New York region over the course of the next few days. Several of the fatalities suffered heart attacks and authorities have asked everyone to check on elderly neighbors. Dozens of motorists were stranded, too.
