A top official at Yosemite National Park announced his retirement on Thursday amid a sexual-harassment scandal plaguing his department. Dozens of National Parks Service employees have accused the organization of a "culture of rampant sexual harassment," according to BuzzFeed News. At a congressional hearing last week, superintendent Don Neubacher was reportedly named for allegedly intimidating and humiliating employees. In many cases in the department, accusers said perpetrators were rarely punished and sometimes even punished.
