YouTube Confessor Pleads Not Guilty

A man who admitted via a dramatic YouTube video that he killed another man while driving drunk entered a plea of not guilty Wednesday. In the video he pledges to plead guilty and “take full responsibility,” which he apparently still plans to do. The not-guilty plea is seen as a tactic to get a new judge to preside over his case, and his lawyers say Matthew Cordle will enter a new plea for the judge assigned. Cordle faces a two-and-a-half- to eight-year sentence.
