Gabor, a Hungarian-born sex symbol of the 1950s and '60s, is already paralyzed from a 2002 car accident, and she suffered a stroke in 2005. She retreated from the spotlight after the accident, hating to be photographed in a wheelchair and wanting people to remember her in her prime.
