After losing almost 200 pounds, Amy Slaton is planning plastic surgery.
The 1000-Lb. Sisters star, 38, wants to continue her transformation with skin removal surgery and another unexpected procedure.
In a clip of the Oct. 13 episode, obtained by People, Slaton visits plastic surgeon Dr. Kate Kottwitz, who specializes in body contouring, breast surgery, and skin removal.

Slaton tells the doctor that she hopes to get rid of the loose skin on her stomach, a common concern among patients who have undergone extreme weight loss. She and her sister, Tammy Slaton, 40, weighed over 1,000 pounds combined when the first episode of the TLC series aired in 2020.
Both sisters underwent bariatric surgery to restrict the amount of food their stomachs could hold. Amy underwent hers in 2019, and her weight has since dropped by more than 150 pounds.

Tammy has lost about 500 pounds since her 2022 procedure.

In season 9 of their TLC show, the Slaton sisters are almost unrecognizable.

Dr. Kottwitz explains to Slaton that during the surgery, she will also tighten Slaton’s rectus abdominis muscles, known as the “six-pack” muscles.

“What happens is when you’re relaxed, you have some space between those muscles because they’ve been expanded with weight changes. And that’s part of the surgery; we can go in and actually tighten those muscles with that,” she says.
“If I have my skin removed, I’ll have a six pack, and the rest of me [will] look like jello,” Slaton jokes in return. “At least one part will look good.”

Then, Slaton brings up another issue she hopes to address: her breasts. She describes them as “deflated” and says they “like to part ways.”
“So you have some droopiness to the breast, and the nipple sits low on the breast,” Dr. Kottwitz says. “So that just means you need a breast lift.”

The Slaton sisters have lost around 700 pounds total.

Dr. Kottwitz adds, “Now, one thing I do want to talk about is that when we do a breast lift, we don’t really change the top of the breast. So if you want more volume at the top, that takes an implant.”
Slaton agrees with the assessment.
“I got saggy, deflated titties... The silicone titties would probably be the best option to shoot those sucker-ma-jiggers up! I want Pamela’s, not Madea’s,” she jokes.
