A harrowing rescue is being called a miracle after a 3-year-old boy was pulled alive from the rubble of his destroyed home some 43 hours after a 7.8-magnitude earthquake devastated Kahramanmaras, Turkey, some 30 miles from the epicenter. The boy, Arif Kaan, was taken to an area hospital with his father who was rescued hours before him. More than 11,000 people have died in the disaster in Turkey and Syria.
