For this ranking, we took the most caloric appetizer, entrée and dessert on every national restaurant chain’s regular menu, and then added the most caloric side dish and drink. While the rankings were just based on calories, we also listed the generally astronomic totals for carbs, saturated fat and sodium. So chow down, if you dare, and be sure to leave room for dessert.
