He is also the chef-owner of Pizzeria Bianco, with locations in Phoenix, Arizona, as well as Pane Bianco and his new white-tablecloth restaurant Tratto, also in Phoenix. Bianco won the James Beard Award for Best Chef Southwest in 2003.
