Bar Nights Return
I'll be traveling in Canada again next week, and would be glad to meet Canadian friends for talk, questions, and book signings.
On October 2, I'll be in the bar at Quebec City's Loews Hotel Le Concorde from 9:30 pm to 11 pm
On October 3, I'll be in the bar at Calgary's Le Germain Hotel from 8:30 pm to 10 pm.
If in the area, please come say hello.
I'll be speaking at the University of Florida's Graham School of Public Affairs on October 9 and at the Ellicott City, Maryland, public library on October 11. Both are public events.

On October 18, I'll deliver the annual Macdonald lecture at the University of Alberta law school in Edmonton, Alberta. If timing allows, I'll plan a bar night in Edmonton that same evening. Details will post here as I have them.
