Billy Ray Cyrus and Firerose’s contentious divorce has come to an end. According the Daily Mail, the docs ending their brief marriage were finalized in Tennessee courts Monday, and Firerose left the relationship with nothing aside from royalties and credits from the songs the pair penned together. “I’m just very relieved...This has been absolutely the most crazy insane scam I have ever heard of...Let alone the fact I’m right in the center and basically the target of the scheme...It’s unfortunate it played out this way...Not only was it a web of lies that put me in physical danger, it was a matter of the heart...Love is blind, that’s for sure,” Cyrus said in a statement. Additionally, a source told the outlet that Firerose has “evidence” that Cyrus has “fabricated a narrative that would benefit his public image,” but, apparently, she just wanted the “smear campaign” to end. Their official split comes on the heels of leaked audio tapes in which Cyrus can be heard calling the 35-year-old “a f*cking selfish b*tch.”
