The fifth season's premiere of Fox’s hit Glee may be delayed until November in the wake of star Cory Monteith’s death on Saturday, network sources said. Originally slated to return on September 19, the first few episodes had already been written but not shot and were rumored to heavily feature Monteith, who had not appeared in the season finale due to being in rehab. It’s unknown how the show will deal with Monteith’s death or if they will feature a tribute to the actor. Meanwhile, Monteith’s co-star Darren Criss skipped interviews at the premiere of his new film, Girl Most Likely, on Tuesday night. Earlier in the day, the Vancouver coroner’s office reported that Monteith died from a drug overdose caused by a combination of heroin and alcohol.
