Miley Cyrus Debuts Anna Wintour-esque Bob: Sunday evening, Miley Cyrus debuted a new 'do at the 24th Annual KROQ Almost Acoustic Christmas festival in Los Angeles. Cyrus changed up her super-short look with bangs and a symmetrical, not-quite shoulder-length bob that looks a bit like Anna Wintour's famous hairstyle. Although the singer has been public about her desire to grow out her pixie cut lately, it's hard to imagine that this look is 100% Miley's real hair. If imitation really is the sincerest form of flattery, maybe Miley will land that Vogue cover after all. [Fashionista]

Lady Gaga Dresses as a Christmas Tree: Getting into the holiday spirit, Lady Gaga donned a Christmas tree headpiece—complete with baubles and a sparkly star—when leaving the Jingle Bell Ball in London Sunday night. Keeping the rest of her outfit subdued, Mother Monster posed for the cameras in a red jumpsuit, fishnets, a festive green wig, and platform stiletto boots. The popstar did not comment on her Yuletide outfit, but she did say on her Facebook page that "Last nights show cured a deep sadness" she felt after canceling her last performance at the venue in February due to emergency hip surgery. Beyoncé Adds More Pucci to the Mrs. Carter Show: After eight months on the road for her Mrs. Carter Show, Beyoncé enlisted Peter Dundas, creative director of Emilio Pucci, to freshen up her wardrobe with two new ensembles. Queen B debuted one of Dundas's new costumes—a multi-colored printed jumpsuit and a gold belt—in Phoenix, Arizona over the weekend, while the second outfit—which includes a sparkling blue trophy jacket—has yet to appear on-stage. Mary-Kate Olsen Shops for Engagement Rings: Actress-turned-designer Mary-Kate Olsen has been spotted shopping for engagement rings at the Neil Lane boutique in Los Angeles. Olsen, 27, has been dating 44-year-old Olivier Sarkozy, the managing director at Carlyle Group in New York and half-brother of Nicolas Sarkozy, the former French president, for just over a year and a half. According to Page Six, Olsen has made several solo visits to the store since mid-November but has not yet settled on a ring. Instead, she has reportedly narrowed the choice down to cushion-cut diamonds, over five carats, priced at $100,000 or more. [Page Six]
