Sen. Richard Lugar of Indiana is under attack by the National Rifle Association for his record on gun control. A new television ad by the interest group says, “Dick Lugar has changed ... He’s become the only Republican candidate in Indiana with an F rating from the NRA.” Lugar is working hard to defend his long-held Senate seat against Tea Party–backed challenger Richard Mourdock.
