Prince’s estate has asked President Trump to stop playing the late artist’s music at his rallies. Prince’s half brother, Omarr Baker, tweeted a statement Thursday evening, saying, “The Prince Estate has never given permission to President Trump or the White House to use Prince's songs and have requested that they cease all use immediately.” Trump has reportedly used Prince’s hit “Purple Rain” at many of his rallies, including one last week in Mississippi. Prince’s family joins artists like Steven Tyler and Adele who have had to tell the president to stop using their music at his rallies both before he was elected and during his presidency.
