Days after two plastic bags full of human remains were found dumped on a Bronx street, another two bags full of remains were found Tuesday night in a Bronx park. WPIX reports that the remains Tuesday were discovered in Baretto Park, and the New York City medical examiner has yet to determine the cause of death. Last week, bags of remains were found near the borough’s Crotona Park—about two miles away from Baretto Park. Police said the remains near Crotona Park appeared to be those of an adult female. Victims in both cases have yet to be identified, and police are reportedly investigating whether the cases are connected.
