Cheryl Hines Says She‘s ‘Feeling Good’ After RFK Jr.-Nuzzi Affair

The actress has remained mum since news of the alleged affair broke last month.

Cheryl Hines isn‘t letting her husband Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s reported infidelities dampen her spirits, telling People on Saturday she was “feeling good” as she celebrated her improv school‘s 50th anniversary.

“Listen, I, I‘m feeling good,” Hines told the magazine at the Groundlings’ 50th anniversary celebration in Los Angeles. “Feeling good.”

Hines has remained mum on her husband after news broke last month that Kennedy, a former presidential candidate, maintained a romantic relationship with New York magazine reporter Olivia Nuzzi for nearly a year. She had reportedly been discussing a potential divorce—over his political leanings—but she has since appeared with her husband publicly as the election comes to a close.

“The end is near,” she said, referring to the election. “And I feel very peaceful about it. 17 days, actually. But yeah, let’s say it’s 16. Every day, I Google it. You think I could remember from the day before. Every day, the countdown.”

She was most recently seen with Kennedy at the Alfred E. Smith Memorial Foundation Dinner in New York, where the two engaged in PDA in front of the elite crowd. They were also at the funeral and memorial services for Kennedy’s mother Ethel, who died earlier this month.
