New Footage From Inside Palin's Church

A video report from the church where Gov. Sarah Palin was baptized.

This is the first original, on-the-ground video report from inside the church where Gov. Sarah Palin was baptized and spent over two decades as a member, the Wasilla Assembly of God. The video features the only known footage of the man who publicly anointed Palin for higher office, the Kenyan witch hunter Bishop Thomas Muthee, during his return to Wasilla this September. Though filming was not allowed, I managed to capture through hidden cameras Muthee's violent invocations against "The Enemy" and the "python spirits.” I also spoke with Rev. Howard Bess, whose book, "Pastor, I Am Gay," was removed from Wasilla's public library after Palin personally pressured the librarian. Those who embrace spiritual warfare see Palin as nothing less than the Anointed One, a modern day Queen Esther, as one anti-abortion protester told me on a rainy night in Anchorage. See for yourself.

Palin needs to go back to Alaska & McCain needs to move back to Arizona, where polygamy thrives in Colorado City, Arizona (McCain's home state) where thousands of American families (10,000 people) are systematically stripped of their democratic rights and women & children are abused. John McCain hasn't lifted a finger to stop it. What qualifies McCain to be president when he can't even clean up the Taliban in his own backyard?

Everyone should see this! Sarah Palin is a superstitious, unenlightened woman who was first elected in a town where the average level of education achieved is 8th grade. They don't know any better, and neither does she. Fortunately, the rest of the country is better-informed.

Can somebody please explain to my why this is not being plastered all over CNN? We had to listen about Jeremiah Wright for so long and I think turn around is fair play. She has been listening to this religious dribble since she was four and there is no doubt in my mind that she is brainwashed.

It will truly be a sad day if McCain/Palin is elected. The funny thing is, I actually respected McCain as a leader until he chose this fruitcake.

I am increasingly becoming more concerned about the religious fanatics in my own country than with the fanatics in the other parts of the world.

If you watched the last debate you should have noticed that minorities have no value in McCain's view. Two moniorities asked questions and one was told he probably had no idea what freddie and frannie were about until recently and the other he never looked at her while he spoke directly to every other person that asked a question. I thought it was rather interesting.

This seems so foreign to the idea of the Jesus I learned about that I almost think they must be saying "Cheeses". Is that what they're talking about?

"The Christian god can easily be pictured as virtually the same god as the many ancient gods of past civilizations. The Christian god is a three headed monster; cruel, vengeful and capricious. If one wishes to know more of this raging, three headed beast-like god, one only needs to look at the caliber of people who say they serve him. They are always of two classes: fools and hypocrites" Thomas Jefferson

I just spoke to Rev. Howard Bess who shared that Max Blumenthal misquoted him. His book, "Pastor, I'm Gay," was never removed from the Wasilla Public Library. Also, the librarian from that time period has never stated that Palin pressured her to remove the book.

I also spoke to a supervisor at the Wasilla Public Library. From 1986 through 2007, five books have been challenged but they all remained on the shelf. "Pastor, I'm Gay" is not part of that list.

Rev. Bess, a retired Baptist minister who never served in the Assembly of God denomination, revealed that he had heard that four copies of his book had disappeared at one time or another from the library.

I wrote that Rev. Bess's book "was never removed from the Wasilla Public Library." It was not "removed' in the context of being banned; in fact, official records show it was never challenged. Bess shared that it's not currently in circulation at Wasilla.

I remember stumbling across an online discussion between Christians about what to do if one finds an "objectionable" article, magazine or book in a waiting room. Most said that they would sneak the magazine out, or tear out the offending article, and throw it away. Some said they do the same thing with a library book they find offensive.I guess that "thou shall not steal" doesn't apply if you're doing "the lord's work".

what this naion needs, is a leader, who has peace with-in himself, nad with others around the world. what this nation doesnt need, is a very beautiful lady, who knows absolutely nothing about the world affairs, and has a big mouth in many issues, and would be a gret candidate to poe for playboy magazine instead. lets keep it real people. mccaine is an idiot with no real direction, that he chose a lady as his patsy, and knows all the other candidates turned there backs on him, because they all know their are many hidden bones in his closet, many, but will soon come out and put him in his place, in history.

It concerns me churches such as this one in Wasilla seem to have so much power over their congregants. I stopped going to church when I saw the fringe faction in my church taking over every aspect of the church and making those of us with more liberal views unwelcome. Some of the worst behavior I have ever seen is in church board meetings.

The Old Testament preaching they seem to adhere to is filled with violence and hatred. And the hatred this group has towards gays is frightening. I have many gay friends and I worry about them if someone with Sarah Palin's views gets too much power. Where does this hatred come from? There is a song from South Pacific that sums up bigotry and hatred..."You've got to be carefully taught." Google the lyrics and see if they don't fit how this group feels about those not just like them.

Much has been said and written about the Brady Effect (voters who will not vote for a black man under any circumstances but are afraid to say so) and the effect that it will have in this election. Little has been said or written about the voters who will not vote for a macho-woman (macho - having or characterized by qualities considered manly, esp. when manifested in an assertive, self-conscious, or dominating way. 2. having a strong or exaggerated sense of power or the right to dominate.) Women in the working place, wherever that might be, have proved over and over again that they do not have to give up the qualities for which women have been loved and revered throughout the ages, mainly their intelligence and compassion, in order to make a contribution to their country's health, wealth, and security.
A necessary but not sufficient attribute of a candidate is his or her ability to perform the functions of the office he or she seeks. A person's race is irrelevant but a person's character as demonstrated by his or her actions, past and present, is.Palin has shown that she is neither intelligent nor compassionate, just crafty and designing.
