I love the Obamas and I campaigned vigorously for Barak and I think Michele is great- even met her in person..., but even such a biased guy like me has to question why everyone is going ga ga about her style. It aint all that. Some of the things she wears are quite ugly and every once in a while she is seen in a winner. But overall, I have to question it- she should not be judged on her clothes. but if you are going to, be honest about the fugly ones.

being a libertarian, i surely did not vote for obama, and as each day progresses, I am more and more scared for our future. HOWEVER, considering this is a fluff piece, I will comment as such. I think that Michelle Obama is one of the most lovely and elegant women around. I have no idea how tall she is, but I imagine she is no shrimp. She carries clothes very well. I like her best in the j crew cardigan pencil skirts, but she looks good in most anything.

Please!! This is not newsworthy. Michelle is a great American, but I couldn't give a rat's behind what clothes she wears.

You have got to be kidding me. Sorry, but the only taste Michelle Obama has is in her mouth. I saw her on TV night before last speaking to school children and the outfit she had on looked like a clown's. She looked like a black widow spider (black with red insert) on the night her husband won the election, and a wasp or bumble bee (black with yellow insert) getting off the plane in Europe. Sorry to say she is no fashion icon.

The last time I ordered from J. Crew I was so disappointed with the quality, I returned the garment. The construction was shabby, fabric was flimsy, and of course, made in another country. A country where the labor is cheap and no doubt, working conditions are very poor. Again, tell me, what is so great about this sweater and the woman who wears it?

It's easy
To see why
Her husband is
Crazy about her.
Taste or no taste.
